Given below is the policy for the refund of charges paid through online channels for following services:

· Webinars
· Online skill development/ art coaching sessions
· Online and eLearning courses offered
· Monthly subscription for online services
· Any other online activities
Policy:
1. Charges for online coaching / training sessions, webinars or online events paid through the website are generally non-refundable.
2. Once the participant pays and register for online coaching/ training/ learning sessions or for monthly subscription to avail the online sessions on a regular basis, the fees shall not be refunded whether the participant attends or does not attend the sessions, partially or fully.
3. The participant is expected to register after due assessment of the programs and claims on the ground of dissatisfaction of the participant about the sessions shall not be entertained.
4. The charges may be refunded in case the organisers cancel the programme/ event/ online sessions, due to unavoidable circumstances, after collecting the payment. In such cases the registered participants shall be informed in advance and the refund shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of intimation.
5. If the event/ online sessions are cancelled midway through the programme, charges proportionate to the uncovered sessions only will be refunded.
6. Refund will be processed within 7 working days from the day of cancellation of the programme.
7. Refund will be paid into the account that the participants used for paying the charges. Refund to any other account shall not be entertained.
