A mechanical Engineer with Post Graduate Degree from I.I.T, Bombay, Shiv is an expert in the field of Learning and Development, eLearning and UX design. He has held responsible positions in large organizations such as TELCO and TVS Whirlpool. He has more than 30 years of experience. As the Managing Director of Axis-v, a well-known eLearning company, Shiv has handled many large eLearning projects for multinational companies such as Cognizant, Acer, Ramco, ADP, Ashok Leyland, Sharekhan and so on.
Shiv has been a resource person in many International and National conferences and delivered lectures and presented papers. He is a C&G certified international trainer. One of his passions is to train teachers for improving their teaching skills. So far he has trained more than 2000 teachers from many prestigious institutions including SSN College of Engineering, Shiv Nadar University, Kamaraj College of Engineering and so on. He is a research scholar pursuing his Ph.D in the area of Teacher quality evaluation models.
Umamaheswari.V, Principal Consultant.
A Civil Engineer with M.B.A in HR, Uma has more than 30 years of experience and expertise in the field of HR, Skilling, Training and Project Management. Uma started her career with TWAD and then moved on to Axis-v as GM-Operations. She was instrumental in development of an array of eLearning products and also was responsible for the project management and delivery of many eLearning projects for large companies. She is a master trainer and has been a resource person in many forums.
Her other passion is in solid waste management and water resource management. She is a part of many NGOs and Social organizations promoting better environment.
